A very lovely friend, Belinda, recently commented in my facebook wall, ‘as far as Lis is concerned, expect the unexpected’. Oh well, what can I say? Even though we haven’t known each other for a lifetime, she sure knows me very well!!!

I nearly need to postpone this to Christmas, because I am feeling under the weather, and really not in the best state of mind to think up anything constructive, but I’ll try eh.

On this day, I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to the lovely people who keep me in this business.

Mike, my husband, how has to work extremely hard just so that I could stay in this indie business, doing what I perfectly enjoy doing, but my job experiences in the corporate rat race may have fetched me better pay. I am thankful and truly appreciate his support, morally and physically. In case you wonder, he helps with most of the mail runs, and errands.

Friends and family who gives the impossible understanding to me when I don’t meet up with them in years! Of course, they may still complain sometimes, but they have also chosen to accept that if I am happier the way I am now, that would be good enough for them.

It may sound a little corny, but most importantly, I am still in this business, because YOU, my buyers still want and like my products. I still appreciate and cherish every single sale, THANK YOU very much!

On this day, I wish to thank saplanet originals’ supporters/readers/fellow crafters who helped look out for us. I could only do this much, and could only know this much, without your heads-up, I wouldn’t be able to take on the copycats. I have dealt with large and tiny corporations pertaining to theft of images, and most copyright infringement, and some require legally bound procedures to successfully take down the sites. I am genuinely thankful, because this is part of the reason why I am still here.

However, on this wonderful day, I ask for your understanding to not abuse our [abuse] email. Please continue to send us feedback if you suspect that someone is doing us wrong, and want us to be alerted. I cannot control what you may wish to do on my behalf towards the offender, but please do be nice, and always give the person the benefit of doubt. I assure you that each email has been attended to and the matter looked into and dealt with, but sometimes it takes a little more time.
