A quick update before we leave for vacation. Business operation resumes from 12 May 2011.

1. NO-shipping from now till 12 May

2. Plan and order ahead – All MTO (made-to-order) products such as dolls, pillows, cozies, booties etc, that are ordered now will only scheduled to be made on the next available date in line – *17 Jun 2011 (accurate as I last checked).

Please also note that all quotations on bulk orders or special custom orders have validity of 30 days for prices, not the delivery date. We adopt a strict policy of No Reservation on ‘crafting slot’, therefore if you have not confirmed the order immediately with payment, the delivery date is subject to change. Kindly check back with us again from time to time. Alternatively, please check our **turnaround/vacation notice for updates.

* Note that this date is volatile and will be pushed backward with orders accumulation overtime. All orders will be processed according to payment date.
**  During our vacation period, we will not be updating that vacation page, but we will be posting updates on our facebook page.

3. Purchase of digital products (e-patterns) is not affected by our vacation. Delivery will be made via email within 24-48hrs.

4. As we will continue to collect and accumulate orders during our absence, the next available ‘crafting slot’ will be updated on our facebook page instead.

5. We will try to respond to your email as promptly as we could manage, but it may be quicker if you screen through our information pages before contacting us.
