new information on your MTO orders
I have created a special ‘page’ for order schedule for made-to-order products, post it off at our facebook page, but I forgot to create an announcement about it.
Here is is, as our MTO schedule is piling up very quickly – and thank you very much for the continuous flow of orders despite the longer turnaround time – and the next earliest available date to start on new orders is being pushed backward more rapidly, hence the creation of this page for easy update.
HOW TO USE THIS PAGE
1. Use this page to get an estimated next available date that your order is likely to be scheduled for. i.e. at present, the earliest next available work slot to make your order will be 5 July 2011.
2. Use this page if you have placed and paid for the order, to check on the project completion and ‘ship-out’ date.
As I always schedule ample time for order making – even though by stating the longer turnaround time may result in possible loss of more businesses – so that I don’t fail the committed time frame. As such, many a times, I complete and ship out orders sooner than projected. That said, it’s safe to assume that your order will be shipped as stated on the page, any earlier is a delight.
